Requirements for Crew Leader Position:
-- Dependability
-- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
-- Ability to lead by example, not just verbal direction
-- Ability to complete contracts/bill of lading with customers
-- Ability to lift 100lbs
-- Be able to drive 26ft moving trucks safely
-- Able to perform out of town jobs as needed
-- Excellent customer service and communication skills
-- Be mechanically inclined
-- Perform DOT truck inspections
-- Maintain company truck and equipment
-- Inform management of issues as needed
-- Learn quickly and perform all tasks quickly and efficiently
-- DOT medical card or ability to pass a routine physical AND DRUG SCREEN in order to obtain
one
