Lakeside Repair Pros is a growing residential and commercial reconstruction company that specializes in water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration. We are looking for a dependable and motivated Mitigation Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
Responding to water, fire, and mold damage emergencies
Performing demolition, drying, and cleaning services
Setting up and monitoring drying equipment
Assisting with mold remediation projects
Documenting work performed and communicating with project managers
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Prior experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
IICRC certification a plus, but not required
