Apartment location is easy commute and convenient to surrounding communities due to proximity to highways and the airport.
Looking for a female roommate who is a young professional, who is tidy, responsible, and a non-smoker to share a brand new upscale furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment. You WILL need to furnish your own bedroom furniture and bathroom necessities. (The photos shown on the listing are from the Revel website and are of their sample apartment.)
The apartment has been furnished with a large flatscreen tv, entertainment center, living room furniture/kitchen/patio furnishings.
Must be able to apply and be approved by the apartment leasing office. In order to qualify you will need to verify your monthly income to be at least $3,000 (3 times half the base rent).
On top of the base rent is a technology/valet trash fee/pest control fee charged monthly by Revel, of approximately $130 of which you will pay half.
You will also pay half of the electric bill per month.
As I have already purchased the required rental insurance, paid the deposit and admin fees to secure the apartment, we can discuss how to split those costs.
No pets.
