We're setting rent at $180 per week or $779 per month. The price includes all utilities, high speed WiFi, free on-site parking and an electric car charging station in the garage.
The upstairs room features a full-size bed, bedside table, lamp, two sitting chairs, a variable-speed ceiling fan, and a spacious closet. An extra refrigerator in the garage provides additional storage, and a shared hall closet offers further space for personal items. There's a full bathroom next to your room that will be almost exclusively for your use. (We have three other bathrooms we can use, so this one will be mainly for you to use and keep your personal care items in. On rare emergencies, we may need to use it or allow a guest to use it.) The kitchen and laundry facilities are shared.
A front porch is available for relaxing, and a back patio can be used for smoking; smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets are not permitted in the rental room, although we keep a friendly cat on the property who would be happy to get your attention if you like cats.
