We are a boutique hotel looking for an energetic, self-motivated person to coordinate events. This would most likely be a part time job requiring work as needed and at a pay rate that will be determined based on the applicant. However, the number of hours and the flexibility of working times can be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

- Handle communications with actual and potential customers
- Solicit for future business
- Scheduling events
- Dealing with queries or requests from the customers and public
- Providing general clerical and administrative support

Skills

- Previous experience in sales and/or event coordination
- Must have proper phone etiquette
- Great communication skills and professional personal presentation is a MUST
- Strong typing skills
- Great attention to detail
- Must be able to work weekends and a flexible schedule
