Video & Novelty Shop selling DVDs (many with adult content), love toys and lingerie has permanent sales positions (full and part time) available for responsible adults.
Some janitorial duties are required.
Retail sales / customer service experience preferred; bilingual abilities a plus. The store is open 24/7; mostly night & evening slots are available for new hires.
Time and a half for overtime or working Holidays. Sick pay and leave time start accruing immediately, 401K available immediately. Over three weeks paid leave a year (based on a forty hour workweek).
Sales bonuses begin on hire and are paid for exceeding shift goals or store weekly goals. Shift bonuses are paid to the person that worked that shift, store bonuses are paid to all who worked that week. Bonuses are added to the next paycheck.
We evaluate new hires at three and six months for possible raises or bonuses. After that, evaluations are twice yearly, in June and December.
Salaried managers are recruited from superior sales staff.
