What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting day-to-day property operations
• Assisting with rent collections, delinquencies, and reporting
• Handling resident issues and escalations professionally
• Supporting leasing activity when needed (tours, applications, follow-ups)
• Coordinating with maintenance and helping keep operations on track
• Assisting the Property Manager with overall site performance
What We’re Looking For
• Assistant Manager or strong leasing experience in multifamily REQUIRED
• Understanding of property operations, rent roll, collections, and resident management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to take ownership
• Someone who can step in and support operations immediately
