Lost dog with leash attached in Jamestown (Jamestown)

There is a small black and white dog with a leash still attached running around the neighborhood by the school. It was almost hit on main street. Several people including myself tried to catch the dog but failed.. he is very dirty, scared and you can tell he has been dragging the leash for a while.......
