Looking for someone with great interpersonal skills and professional phone voice, that has experience with Quickbooks Pro to enter Purchase Orders, Invoices, Accounts Payable, etc……Must have experience making phone calls to ask for various Construction Trade Bids/Quotes (ex. Electrical Quotes, HVAC Quotes) Must have previous administrative exp. including email correspondence and MS Word and Excel experience. Full Time, regular office hours.
