Rescue Construction Solutions, Inc., the parent company of Roofing Specialists, is a general contractor in search of a full-time office manager/project coordinator for its Greensboro regional office. We are an energetic group working in a dynamic atmosphere, and are seeking the same to be part of our team.
Skills/Qualifications: Customer Service (first and foremost;) Microsoft Office Knowledge (Word, Excel) is a must; Telephone Skills; Word Processing; Organizational Skills; Verbal Communication; Written Communication; Dependability; Timeliness; Attention to Detail; Administrative Writing Skills; Accounts Receivable.
Candidates for this position would be tasked with the following, but not restricted to:
- Clerical duties such as filing, faxing, word processing
- Administrative duties such as processing and entering orders into database system
- Assisting management with day-to-day duties
- Field support for sales representatives and field technicians
- Invoicing and collecting accounts receivable in a timely manner
- Client relations such as scheduling work and/or service requests, follow-up calls, and AR calls
- Preparing team for meetings
- Scheduling installations
- Ordering materials for jobs
