Need guitar bad @$$ for modern metal/djent/prog band (Greensboro)

As the title states, we are looking for a proficient guitarist that can tackle both lead and rhythm duties for an upcoming modern metal/djent/prog/whatever band out of Greensboro, NC. We are ready to book shows and recently found out that our other guitarist must leave due to life circumstances. Getting booked is not an issue - having an incomplete lineup is.

Besides needing someone that has a good command over their instrument, we need someone who is just a good person that believes in what we are doing and wants to put it on-stage. As per the usual, person must have a gig-ready rig, reliable transportation, good attitude, and be able to commit to rehearsal once a week (currently on Wednesdays, subject to change), and be available/ready to play shows. We play 8-string guitars and the music pretty much requires it - we use all 8 strings, so you would either need to have a reliable workaround, have an 8-string, or be willing to get one and put the work in to make it feel second nature. The music is often melodic, always heavy, and usually fairly technical, hence the need for a bad ass. The remaining guitarist is one of the two lead vocalists, so we need someone who can handle the parts that the singer can't reliably play whilst singing. It ain't easy, man... Guitar ability is paramount, but vocal ability is cool, too!

We're a group of chill dudes that enjoy making music together and are right on the cusp of dropping this project on the scene. Age doesn't matter much as long as you're mature enough to be able to handle your personal responsibilities while also making room for the band.

We have guitar transcriptions (tablature - PDF & Guitar Pro) available for everything and have demos for quite a bit of the material. Straight up, this won't be the easiest spot to fill from a technical/facility standpoint, but it'll definitely be musically rewarding!

We're ready to go and are looking for the last piece to our lineup - is that you?!?!
