Great action, no issues, and the original case (with paperwork) is also in great shape. Also, I've always kept a humidifier in the case with it.
I purchased this guitar brand new, straight from the factory. I intended to use it for touring, but I never ended up taking it out on the road, because of Covid. This acoustic comes with Taylor's Expression 2 pickup system built-in.
