Need someone on a weekly basis at times and/or as needed basis to do chores listed below:
• Will need to drive to airport or other misc. places
•Pressure washing
•Maintaining home- changing light bulbs, cleaning windows, cleaning deck and dock, cleaning light fixtures, and other misc. duties as needed.
•Upkeep of lawn and beds, such as picking up sticks, spreading mulch, pulling weeds, watering plants/flowers, trimming shrubs, blowing leaves, etc.
•Cleaning fountain
•Cleaning of vehicles as needed
•Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• occasionally will need to be driven
Valid driver's license required
Hourly pay $15
