model name / number: Jubilee Ford
Would be a great/easy tractor to restore. Grill is good, no dents. Good rims. If it's still on here, it's still for sale. Original patina...farm fresh.... I put a new Interstate battery in it 6-18-23. Just the tractor is for sale...Change the oil, filter, and greased it (3-23-22)....is 36 HP...tractor is not used...As I understand it, Ford made the Jubilee 2 years. 1953 and 54. The first year, 1953 was the Golden Jubilee. First Ford tractor with the overhead valve engine (36 HP). Original, un-molested 1953 Golden Jubilee, This tractor was not used for 10 years or more, owner died. Was parked in dry building. I changes all fluids. Has three point lift, has had a stronger Hy. pump installed for more lift on the 3 point lift system, and the screw on oil filter kit (kept the old, original Carthage type) ...never been restored or painted. Has original tires on front and good, matching tires on back. Don't smoke/leak or use oil. All gauges work with the hour meter and RPM scale. Has 2200 hours...I had the hydro-licks rebuilt. Don't smoke or use oil. Engine was rebuilt about 150 hours ago by a old retired Ford mechanic. Lot's of new parts. Changed all the fluids, oil, transmission fluid, and antifreeze. New distributor and spark plugs, and spark plug wires. Brand new carburetor and distributor gear that goes down in the engine. Carb cost near 400 bucks. I spent over $5,800 bucks on the tractor alone.. I saved the old carb., and oil canister. I just don't need, or use it any more. It would be a great tractor to restore. Maybe a father/son project. Cash, firm on price...mail me through Craigslist with your phone #, and I will call you...thanks...james.
