I have 2 of these in-house units. Both have remote controls. 150 each. Both of them need gassing. I used one these as a back-up, incase my house air went out. I tested it, used it part time for a year. It stopped putting out cool air. Hot air only. I got out the new unit and tried it. It only put out hot air. I had a friend of mine that works on heat and air units and he said both units need gas. The warranty was out. These cost over 500 bucks a unit. They both look brand new. These have a vent that runs the hot air hose to the outside. Out a window. I'll take 150 bucks each. Just need gas. If interested, send me E-mail, with phone #, and I will call you. Thanks.
