Drakes are available to purchase for delicious meat or breeding.
Considered the red meat of the poultry world. Muscovy meat is dark and has a rich meaty flavor. Their meat has very little fat and is much less greasy than the meat from other types of ducks. Muscovy ducks also have more than 50% more meat than other ducks and a higher yield of breast meat.
The birds are sold live and not processed at the farm.
