Pasture raised Miniature Hereford fed brewers grain daily from beer breweries in Raleigh Durham. The grain makes the meat taste better. No antibiotics, hormones, or growth products are used. Average weight is 800-900 pounds live weight with 450-500 hanging weight. Net cost for the steaks, roasts, and hamburger is $6 per pound. Can be purchased by whole or half cow.
