Storage Unit for Free. Formerly a mobile construction site office but repurposed to a storage unit on my parent's farm approximately 25-30 years ago. Never connected to any utilities and has not been inhabited during that time. No known leaks. Dimensions are approximately 12' wide, 40' long. New owner will be responsible for any costs associated with relocation of unit and it must be removed from the property. Transfer will be "as is" with no liability offered or assumed. No title available but will issue a transfer of ownership document if requested.
