A BRAND NEW small, modern, comfortable couch that's great for:

ANYWHERE where space is tight, and you need a couch that TWO average sized (even slightly larger) people can sit on. Would be great for a movie night couch. Great for a daycare, office, church fellowship hall, etc.

Its fabric, vegan cloth, and metal. No wood. Ample cushioning, and best of all it will fit where other loveseats won't, because its only 48" long. It's 48 inches EXACTLY. No guesswork. You can store totes under it for like socks and underwear, etc. Plenty large enough for average sized adults. Great for a guest room as well. Been stored in a pet free, smoke free building.

Its comfortable (I tried it in the store). I brought it home, set it aside for the remodel, and went a different direction. Never even sat on it.

$120 cash, dead firm. I have $200 invested and that was the ''on sale'' price. Its in the way so selling it cheap.
