Please read it all. There's a reason you want THIS vehicle. Would be great for a young family or a college student. These are made by/with Mazda, so you get Japanese dependability in a modern American vehicle. The Mazda Tribute (or was it Mariner?) is the same vehicle without the electronic bells and whistles this one has.
Seriously. Do NOT email me. Do NOT text me. Do not call me till you have read every word. My job is dangerous. I have no time for answering questions I already typed.
Will consider trades for a good (same value) tractor with loader or bobcat.
Tired of one sentence descriptions by non-English speaking dealers? I know I was! When I want to buy something I want to know EVERYTHING about it. Not "runs out good". This vehicle is out in the country. No city car lots to maneuver.
Why do you want this car? Because its the single most fuel efficient vehicle of its size in this price range. Gas is NOT cheap. 21 MPG city 27 MPG hwy 23 MPG combined is what it shows online, and its still plenty big enough for a family of 4 plus a dog.
Beautiful silver color with dang near perfect paint. One tiny rust spot (ALL Fords of this era have the exact same rust spot) near rear fender drivers side, but paint is still perfectly in tact. That spot is about 1/2 inch tall. No dents at all to my knowledge.
Wheels are super shiny and near perfect. Tires could be better.
Interior is great, but as you can see in the pictures, we own an organic vegetable and fruit farm, so theres no use in vacuuming it right now. We will be using this SUV till it sells, and its just gonna get tiny pieces of gravel and grass clippings in it anyways, so you can vacuum it after you buy it. But seats and all interior is very good. I can turn you onto a really good car detailer! I know a guy whos CHEAP! Its clean enough otherwise.
Low miles!! 197K which isnt much for these Escapes (driven daily will increase).
The original (local) owner owed this vehicle for most of its life. He kept meticulous details of the maintenance. It was in a red binder. I spoke to the second owner, and both were US vets. (the kind of people you want to buy a car from! Because they both had plenty of money to keep it maintained!!) The second owner said the red book listed every single thing ever done to it, with mind numbing details, but a certain dealership whos initials are JH threw said book in the trash!!! WTF MAN??? Why would they DO that??? Anyways, thats why I avoid those places when buying vehicles. I went to this dealership twice trying to attain said book but it was long gone. But the story did check out. Both previous owners were detailed and took care of this vehicle. Ive owned it just over 2 months and Im selling it because my wife wanted a larger vehicle, so I got her a newer and larger vehicle. Second owner sold it because he wanted a 2024 truck.
It does have some white pitbull hair in the back from the last beach trip. It took 4 adults and a dog to the beach and we had a wonderful trip. I thought it was plenty big enough, but the mind of the female is a mysterious thing.
It has a power sunroof with sun shield!!!
All phone options for music. (dont ask me about that, wife does that) BTW, the sound system in this truck is AMAZING! VERY loud bass! (coming from a guy with a 15" DD subwoofer in his benz)
Its a top of the line model, so it has all the cool stuff like heated seats, heated mirrors (I think), cruise, electronic mirrors, user comfort presets, etc
I own a local service company with a 5 star google rating, so I'll be brutally honest. AND YOU CAN CALL ME AND TALK TO ME!! (Thats the only option actually. No email or text BS please.) It has a single issue and we can discuss that. But its sold as is where is. I would not only drive this thing cross country today, but I did drive it to the beach recently. So yes, its a decent used vehicle. I had the computer replaced ($700) by a Ford Technician, a new injector, a new hose, BRAND NEW INTERSTATE BATTERY LAST MONTH!!!, new spark plugs, etc, new charcoal canister, new other parts, etc. I didn't drive this vehicle, wife did, but I can get more info from her. I think its AWD? Cant remember, Its the 2.5 Four Banger that gets amazing gas mileage. Seriously, this is one of the best gas mileage vehicles in the USA for its size. Its peppy too! The 2011 Toyota vehicles are usually around 17MPG combined to put into perspective, and many Jeeps are 15 (Jeeps are still cool.. no hate)..
Has luggage racks on roof and factory tinted windows.
To come see it, CALL ME, because you're not getting my address till I talk to you. 336 dash 225 dash 1445.
Im DEAD FRIGGIN FIRM on the price, so if you're gonna be one of those rude people who comes over and badmouths everything in an attempt to get it cheaper.. let me save you the time. Close the window and keep searching. Im a super nice guy, but Im not dealing with those narsacistic types. NORMAL SAIN FRIENDLY PEOPLE ONLY. Either you want it for $4200 or you don't. I have $6500 invested, and Insulting everything will just pizz me off. I wont take a penny less!
It would look amazing with some offroad lights and a wench on the front. Im in Lexington NC. Number is in the listing. Read it again if you missed it.
