We are looking for a qualified Sales Admin to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for facilitating appointment setting, managing proposals, and assisting with qualifying potential EmberTribe customers.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of sales administration best practices. You should have a cursory understanding of e-commerce and SaaS based business models as well.
If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the organization and success of the sales teams goals and quota attainment. You will office out of HQ Greensboro and be part of a distributed remote team that is growing quickly.
Ensure appointments are set and booked
Check data accuracy in proposals and send proposals
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Maintain and update sales and customer records (we use Hubspot)
Develop monthly sales report
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
Stay up-to-date with paid acquisition best practices
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
Hands on experience with Hubspot CRM
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
