This is a local news paper from Iowa. It is the day after the Titanic tragedy which is front page.
This paper is authentic and not a copy. It's in good to great condition for its age.
Very rare find. I just have no way to preserve and show this piece and I don't want it to get ruined. It's a large part of history and an iconic piece for a collector of Titanic memorabilia.
