Required Qualifications

   1.  Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, English, Linguistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
   2. Minimum of four years experience planning, leading, and writing technical manuals for the U.S. military, specifically in the area of Combat Vehicle.
   3. Minimum of four years experience developing detailed schedules to develop technical manual content.
   4. Must have the ability to interpret detailed electrical and mechanical engineering drawings and design data.
   5. Experience developing technical manuals using MIL-STD-4051 or S100D
   6. Candidate must be a self-starter.
   7. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
   8. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and interface with multiple internal and external customers and suppliers, including the US Army.
   9. Previous experience developing technical documentation using structured markup languages including Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) or eXtensible Markup Language (XML).
  10. Previous Repair Parts and Special Tool List (RPSTL) development.
