Technical Volunteers Needed
Energy and Waste Assessors Sought

Waste Reduction Partners is seeking part-time, retired engineers and scientists who would volunteer to perform energy efficiency and waste reduction assessments at businesses, industries and institutions throughout North Carolina.

Assessors provide on-site consultation, technical writing, research and technical assistance on energy and waste management topics.
Volunteers should have industrial or facilities management experience with good communications and computer skills. Small stipend provided and expenses are paid. WRP is a volunteer technical assistance team working with North Carolina businesses and institutions to reduce utility costs, improve environmental performance, and promote economic competitiveness. Waste Reduction Partners is a program of the Land-of-Sky Regional Council and Triangle J Council of Governments.
