I currently live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that also has a study. I'm looking to move out at the end of November and need someone to take over my lease as soon as possible. I live in the master bedroom that includes a big closet and attached bathroom. The rent is $360 each but does not include utilities (which are near $75-$100 each). The apartment complex has a lot to offer such as an amazing pool, basketball court, and club house. The lease will end at the end of July. My roommate is female so please only females respond!
