Sadly, the words that ARE offensive, do not apply to the situation in the general sense.
Motherfucker, while revered by most as patently offensive, doesn't describe a sexually promiscuous male, unless, of course, his name is Oedipus. LOL.
Son of a Bitch is actually derogatory to one's Mother, and in the South can lead to homicide.
Bastard, while more offensive in British locales, has seen far less use in the US. But would accurately describe both White and Black lowlifes. Children born out of wedlock are common now.
Cocksucker, particularly offensive to the homohobes in our midst, completely misses the intended insult. We are looking for something in the heterosexual category.
