Hello! My name is Lisa Overly. I am the owner/operator of Beautiful Babies. I have recently obtained a license to operate from the state of North Carolina. I currently hold a 1 Star License and look to upgrade to a 4 or 5 Star License in the next 6 months. All home centers start at a 1 Star for the first six months.
I currently hold a BS in Early Care and Education and a teaching license from the state of North Carolina. I have worked with children in a child care setting for 8 years and spent 2 years teaching kindergarten. I love working with children. I am CPR and First Aid Certified. Also, I hold a certificate for It-SIDS training. I am currently working on my Master's Reading Instruction Program.

I am looking to keep children birth to 12 years in my home. I want to provide children with the best start in life that is possible. There are times that moms and dads have to work, and I want to be able to provide you with a safe and loving environment that youcan leave your child in.

*I believe that all children need to be held, loved, and given the undivided attention that they cannot receive in traditional child care.
*I believe that educating children starts as young as birth.
All children at Beautiful Babies will be treated with respect and be given the opportunity to learn everything they can. I will prepare weekly lesson plans based on the children in care. If your child is working on a specific skill, that is what we will work on for the week with lots of other fun things thrown into the mix. Every week your child will have their own specific lesson plan that is tailored toward the skills that they are working on. It will be educational, but more importantly, IT WILL BE FUN!
