Formulates and implements policy and procedures.  Specifically responsible for acquiring, augmenting and retaining customer households in key targeted segments through a solution orientation; focusing on deposit pricing to promote household growth and expansion while optimizing margin based on competitor analysis, funding and customer elasticities.  Oversees optimization of deposit fee revenue given customer needs and pending legislation changes.  Ensure integrity of deposit products, manages financial and risk metrics, provides governance and project management.  Develops strategy and seeks out opportunities to grow and expand households.   Ensures that application of M&T leadership, values and commitment through direct and indirect managers.  May have profit/loss responsibility for the product.<br>

Essential Position Responsibilities<br>

Sets strategic direction for assigned product lines, and presents business plans to senior management and employees. Create and enhance the product offerings.<br>
Deliver the solutions through all channels providing a seamless customer experience<br>
Work with other product areas to augment the solution set.  Develop positioning strategies for each target customer segment.  Be accountable for HH contribution and growth of the various segments. <br>
Manage the portfolio through balance volume, mix and interest rates optimizing current fee revenue.  Optimize balances and NII based on competitor analysis, funding and customer elasticities.  Search for and develop new sources of fee revenue.  Ensure product/pricing optimization between customer segments.  Provide overall governance to forecast balances and NII accurately.  Manage bonus interest to enhance customer service while maximizing revenue.  Work with key partners to provide coordinated approach.  Directly responsible for product pricing, cost structure, as well as identifying and mitigating product risk.  Responsible for all product financials including revenue planning and product profitability.  <br>
Develop and report key metrics regarding deposit and checking households, ensuring comprehensive planning and reporting.  Create business case financials based on the recommendations of the Customer Solution Managers.  Create and maintain operating procedures.  Manage vendor relationships.<br>
Responsible for sales channel strategy.  Review new developments in company markets, evaluating and recommending new services, new products or geographies, or the modification of existing services or products.  Evaluate new product/services success; implement and manage changes in service or marketing strategy.  Incorporate segmentation into product offerings as well as long term customer value into our business model. <br>
Manage all aspects of new product implementation and existing product modification to include but not limited to the design and development of services, portfolio acquisition and process improvements; act in a liaison capacity with affected departments.<br>
Establish marketing objectives; work with other bank departments to develop effective programs to sell services/products. Understand the current and future needs of each customer grouping<br>
Ensure product/services are marketable, profitable and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Work with other product areas to augment the solution set<br>
Maintain an awareness of new trends and developments in marketing and company products and services. Develop and provide ongoing group and individual training for staff in regard to presentation skills, product knowledge and best practices and procedures.<br>

Exercise the usual managerial authority with respect to hiring, termination, performance evaluations, and salary recommendations. Provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to direct reports.<br>

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and assist Extension faculty and researchers in the development and implementation of evaluation strategies, assessment measures and instruments to determine the impact of educational programs and research projects. Develop and implement in-service training opportunities to enhance the proficiency of extension faculty and researchers in designing and implementing appropriate evaluation strategies and compiling accountability reports.<br>

Qualifications: Five years of professional experience in evaluation and/or research in a non-profit, educational, or government setting.<br>

Qualifications:  <br>
 Master’s Degree in education, administration, or in a related field.  A doctorate is preferred<br>
Three to five years comprehendsive experience in administration and supervision of full-time employees.<br>
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong personnel supervision skills, strong background in facilities planning and management.<br>
Have a general knowledge of marketing principles and a working knowledge of budgeting processes, ability to organize and plan effectively.<br>
Possess an understanding of the higher education environment.<br>
Possess the ability to manage a large number of direct and indirect reports in a hectic work environment<br>
Work evenings and Saturdays when required<br>

Specific responsibilities associated with this position include: <br>

- Provide customers with professional service and assistance with the hotel reservations, directions to local attractions, transportation and catering coordination <br>
- Motivate employees to achieve the company goals as safely and economically as possible <br>
- Manage the selection and training of new CSRs <br>
- Coordinate work schedule of CSRs <br>
- Maintain knowledge of Landmark Aviation facilities, websites, services, and line service staff to ensure exceptional customer service <br>
- Respond to vendor, customer, and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner <br>
- Conduct customer sales calls to increase business for local operation <br>
- Utilize the Customer Management System to initiate and track all customer contact to increase business <br>
- Use Total FBO (TFBO) in accordance with Landmark Aviation’s TFBO manuals <br>
- Ensure that the accounts receivable is current by following up with any customer with outstanding balances to ensure prompt payment <br>

Directs associates in the department on shipping and receiving volumes, cost, (labor, turnover) quality, and meeting shipping & receiving schedules and delivery dates & times.  ( Set expectations monitor and evaluate performance results then improve if necessary).  Experience with First In, First Out, (FIFO) System.  Experience with Kanban the concept of lean and just in time system, (JIT) Production.  Experience with Plant Lay-Out and Design in order to maximize (JIT) Production.   Obtains merchandise in the plant to fill orders carefully, verifying information and quantities.  Receives orders compares identifying information and quantities on the packing slip against the purchase order, counts items for verification, and indicates discrepancies.  Handles returned shipments.  Confers with the Production Control Department and Purchasing Department to establish requirements for the Logistics Department.  Manage and Reviews Bills of Lading for shipments.  Package and Process shipments the contacts Production Control to schedule shipment.  Unload, unpack, sign for, check in, label, process receipt and distribute incoming materials.  Keeps log of orders received and shipped. Maintains adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices, 5S.  Prepares weekly schedule for Logistics Associates. Ensure Logistics Associates fill out Daily Operator Logs. Arranges to have appropriate records maintained. Establishes accountabilities and goals used for Performance Evaluations. Holds Departmental meetings weekly.  Be familiar with ISO/BMS and communicate/use and maintain it appropriately.  Maintain good cross functional relationships.  Expected to provide initiatives and be pro-active.  Lead Training Activities and grow competent back-ups.  Maximize Cross-Training. Other related tasks as assigned by Supervisor. <br>
Minimum Qualifications:<br>
High School Graduate<br>
Associate Degree or Better (Desirable)<br>
Management/Supervisory Experience<br>
Experienced in Logisticis and Warehouse Management. <br>
Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)<br>
Minimum 3 years experience in Logistics.<br>
Self  Starter well organized. <br>
